You need to get your self a job which pays enough to cover your rent n bills, then in the rest of the time, record your music and play with anyone thats around... If there's a will there's a way! or you could always hook up with a wealthy girlfriend? You could always jump on a band wagon and head off on tour doing what ever job is needed (Merch person/Driver/ cook?) then on days off go n play gigs where ever the bus has stopped! I know quite a few people that have done this. If it was easy to be a successful musician everyone would do it? Hope this helps? stay positive and remember the world is not as big as it seems!
