Hey Bhagwan was the song that really launched us as a serious band in India. The song is the opening song on our debut album and also the song we open most of our live sets with. It is just so easy to groove to and has such fantastic dynamics that it instantly hooks everyone in the audience and gets them in the mood for the rest of our show.
Raghu himself wrote the lyrics for this song and claims that between this song and ‘Mysore Se Aayi’, he exhausted all of his Hindi vocabulary 
but nevertheless, the simple catchy lines in this song make it memorable and something that is easy to sing along to. The song itself is a prayer to the good Lord above to give each of us a second chance. As humans, we tend to make mistakes and its never too late to one day wake up, want to leave your past behind and start over!
We shot our debut video for ‘Hey Bhagwan’ and that was shot by Shiraz Bhattacharya and produced by Babblefish Productions which received good airplay on MTV and Channel V here in India and introduced the country to a brand of music that most of India hadn’t heard before!
